School Games Day and Kingsway Primary School Achieves School Games Gold Mark Award

The sun has been shining and we have had a fantastic School Games Day with Key Stage 1 and Reception children competing in the morning and Key Stage 2 children competing in the afternoon. A massive thank you to all the parents who turned out to support their children. The children had a fantastic time and all of them tried their best to compete, which was wonderful to see. 

We have had some brilliant news today that our School Games Mark application has been approved and we have been awarded Gold Mark for the very first time for all the sporting opportunities we have created in 2018/19. This is a massive acheivement for everyone involved with school sport at Kingsway Primary School. This confirms that Kingsway Primary School are providing an oustanding standard of school sport provision during and out of school times.
