Y6 Leavers Event - Update

Hi everyone

Many thanks for the orders for the chippy tea event on Tuesday 21st July between 4pm and 6pm. Just to remind people, the final time for ordering is by Friday at midday. 

Please can we meet on Tuesday at the front of school in a socially distanced manner as possible. The teachers will come out at 4pm and bring the children through to the playground and put them into bubbles of around 10/12 depending on final numbers. We will then go onto the field to socialise and have equipment available for the children to use. We anticipate the food to be at school around 4 45/5 00. 

We will  make available the school reports for the children and they will be able to collect their books, PE kits and belongings from their trays if they wish to do so. Bringing a plastic bag would be really handy. 

Children who are presently in school can stay after 3 30 if they wish. In some ways this would help in terms of getting the children into school. 

Also, please bear with us at 6pm so that we can have a safe exit from the school property.
