Team Kingsway

What a lovely week with the warm sunshine which has made for great break and lunchtimes.

We were so glad for the sunshine during our Year 5 residential to Scarborough this week. It certainly makes the walks and rock pooling much more enjoyable… and the ice cream too! As always, we received lots of positive comments about the children’s fantastic behaviour from everyone we met. So proud of the children for their behaviour, resilience and effort throughout the week and a huge thank you to staff for their time in making the visit possible.

In school this week some of our children in Year 4 represented Kingsway in a Boccia tournament and showed great Kingsway spirit. Year 1 have started trialling the new balance bikes this week and we will continue next week so everyone in Year 1 can have a go.

Thank you to everyone who has returned and paid for the Easter Raffle tickets so far. We have some great prizes organised by Jack in Year 6 and the draw will take place on Friday 1st April.
