Safer Internet Day – Information for Parents
Safer Internet Day 2023 will take place on the 7th of February 2023, with celebrations and learning based around the theme ‘Want to talk about it? Making space for conversations about life online’.
Whilst we will be working with the children in school on activities linked to Safer Internet Day it is also important that this is reinforced by parents and carers in the home environment in order to help keep their children safe online.
Please see the links below for some advice and support. There is also a link to help you set controls on your child’s smartphone and other devices and information about how to report online issues and get support.
Most importantly, keep talking to your child about their online activity and behaviour.
